Jelena Zelenovic Matone, President, Women Cyber Force
Respected and leading CISO, awarded the CISO of the year for 2019 in Luxembourg, Sentinel CISO Global 2020, EU CISO 2020, and recently Ambassador of the year 2021 in Luxembourg. Versatile and innovative Cybersecurity professional with emphasis on cyber security risk management, policies and procedures creation, IT/IS security, IT Operations, audit, risk mitigation, business process improvement, IT governance. Passionate about participation and encouragement of women in cybersecurity and in STEM programs. She is also a president for Women Cyber Force and Women4Cyber Chapter Luxembourg.
Prior to current role, served as the Senior Operational Risk and ISO manager for another EU Institution. Earlier in career, managed IT Audit and Compliance for Sobey’s, one of the two national grocery retailers in Canada and Audit, Corporate Development, M&A and growth strategies and IT Audit for George Weston, one of the Canada’s largest publicly traded food processing and distribution companies.

Guenaëlle De-Julius works in the security field since 10 years. She started by focusing on cryptography where she contributed in assessing the quality of physical source of randomness. Before joining Excellium CSIRT team, she took part in a wide range of topics as a security consultant for small and international businesses, from application security to log analysis, as well as R&D projects in authentication and fraudulent behaviours detection.

Michael Hamm has worked for more than 10 years as Ingenieur-Sécurité in the field of classical Computer and Network Security (Firewall, VPN, AntiVirus) at the research center “CRP Henri Tudor” in Luxembourg. Since 2010, he has been working as an operator and analyst at CIRCL – Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg where he is working on forensic examinations and incident response.
Pascal Steichen, Chairman of the governing board of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre, EU Commission
Pascal Steichen is Chairman of the governing board of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) since February 2022. He is founder and CEO of SECURITYMADEIN.LU, the Cybersecurity Agency for the Luxembourg Economy and Municipalities, which is also the National Competence Centre of the ECCC in Luxembourg. In 2017, he lead and contributed to the creation of the Cybersecurity Competence Center, a unique facility to strengthen the resilience of the Luxembourg economy by helping organisations to test and improve their cybersecurity competence.
