Yevhenii Preobrazhenskyi, Executive director, Ukrainian Research and Academic Network Association (URAN Association)

Yevhenii Preobrazhenskyi is the CEO of URAN Association, the National Research and Education Network (NREN) of Ukraine. He has been leading the organization since 2019, overseeing its development and expansion in providing high-speed internet access and advanced services to the academic and scientific community of Ukraine. He has a background in computer science and engineering, and has been involved in various national and international projects related to e-infrastructure, e-learning, and e-science. Yevhenii is a cat lover, his hobbies are virtual piloting, 3D printing, and Smart home.


Cédric Mauny, Strategic Advisor Cybersecurity, Telindus

Cédric Mauny is Strategic Advisor, Cybersecurity for Telindus, the B2B brand of Proximus Luxembourg S.A. and also Risk Manager and member of the infosec committee of Proximus Luxembourg S.A. Previously, he operationally led the Cybersecurity Departement of Telindus, a team of 25+ consultants and engineers specialized in Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response / CSIRT activities, GRC and Ethical Hacking.

This year, Cédric will celebrate 20 years of experience both in Luxembourg and in the cybersecurity (battle)field. He got specialized in management and governance of the information security, standardization, awareness and training, incident response, but also in technical fields such as security audits or security event management.

Cédric is certified CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ITILv3, ISO 27001 Implementer and ISO 31000 Risk Manager. Cédric is also very active within the Luxembourg’s cybersecurity ecosystem as founding member and board member of several professional associations, lecturer, speaker and moderator at various security conferences. Cédric is also the 5th President of the CLUSIL, the information security club in Luxembourg, an association with more than 150 members and representing more than 30 companies from various economic sectors.

Christian Hutter, Cyber Defense Advisor at Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs – Directorate of Defense

Christian Hutter is an experienced cyber security practitioner with the mission to boost cyber security awareness for everyone. During his professional career he did IT freelancing, served in various positions at the University of Luxembourg before joining the Luxembourg Directorate of Defense in 2021.


Cynthia Wagner, Security Manager and Chief Information Security Officer, Restena Foundation

Cynthia Wagner is the Chief Information Security Officer and Security Manager at the Restena Foundation, the national research and education network in Luxembourg. Previously, Cynthia was managing the Restena-Computer Security Incident Response Team. She graduated with distinction from the University with a PhD in computer science, where she studied the effects of various Machine Learning approaches on flow measurements for improving security. Besides her daily work, she is currently co-chairing the CENTR (Council of European National Top-Level Domain Registries) Research and Developments Working Group and an active member in different working groups at Geant (the collaboration of European National Research and Education Networks). On a national plan, she is active in various advisory boards and co-founder of Restena’s CyberDay.lu and the Data Privacy Day conference. The more, she is active in teaching. In her spare time, she loves to work in the garden and exploit new recipes in her kitchen (successfully and not).


Eva Gram, Head of Codit luxembourg, Codit

Eva Gram is the Head of Codit in Luxembourg, the accelerator brand within Proximus Luxembourg SA with full responsibility on the delivery activities, HR and finances. The department complements the digital ecosystem in the Proximus offering as it focuses its activity around data; its integration, application modernization and analytics, and with those helps its customers to increase time to market, deliver new customer experiences and operating innovating solutions as they valorise data.

Eva is part of the BELUX management team in the European Codit group organization successfully active since year 2000. In the past, Eva demonstrated experienced as international digital leader working as IT consultant, IT manager and Business Relationship Manager in sales and provider roles. Driving project and permanent departments she has been helping local and international organizations to transform IT, increase business efficiency, engaging executives on board level and unified teams with diversified cultures and change challenges.


Marco D’Amico, Deputy Managing Director Digital Learning Hub Luxembourg

Marco D’Amico is the Deputy Managing Director at Digital Learning Hub Luxembourg. Holding a Master’s in MIAGE, blending Computer Science and business management, and further complemented by an MBA, Marco accumulated hands-on experience in sectors like media, insurance, and finance before pivoting to the realm of digital education.


Michael Hamm, Operator and analyst at Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg (CIRCL), Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity

Michael Hamm has worked for more than 10 years as Ingenieur-Sécurité in the field of classical Computer and Network Security (Firewall, VPN, AntiVirus) at the research center “CRP Henri Tudor” in Luxembourg. Since 2010, he has been working as an operator and analyst at CIRCL – Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg where he is working on forensic examinations and incident response.

Remy Bertot is the co-founder of passbolt an open-source cybersecurity startup, aiming to solve security, collaboration and privacy issues in the credential management space.
